1. In file manager paste the following in the address bar: %USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets
  2. After the folder opens, select all items and delete them
  3. Change the address bar directory to :
    %USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\Settings
  4. Rename the settings.dat file to settings.dat.bak
  5. Rename the roaming.lock file to roaming.lock.bak
  6. Restart the system
